Free: the full card, Refresh and Settings, for as long as you like.

Pro: $12 per user per month, or $10 per user per month billed yearly ($120 a year). Everything that changes Pipedrive: add and edit people, organizations, deals, leads, activities and notes, mark deals won or lost, Log this email, and templates.

Every new user gets 14 days of Pro. No card is needed. After that you keep the Free plan unless you subscribe. Cancel any time.

Team plan: one person subscribes and adds their team by Google email. Only members who have opened the add-on are billed.

Questions and answers

What data does it read?

Google's permission lets it read the From and To addresses, the sender's name and the subject of the email you have open. It uses the addresses and the sender's name to find the contact, and reads the subject only when you click "Log this email". Log also reads the date, and the email text only if you tick "Include the email text". It never reads your attachments or other emails. It looks up the address in your Pipedrive company. A lookup is used for 10 minutes. A backup copy is kept up to 24 hours and shown only when Pipedrive's daily API limit is reached. The details are in the privacy policy.

What does it change in Pipedrive?

Only what you save. It changes Pipedrive only when you click a button in the add-on that saves a change. If you connected Pipedrive before editing was added, the add-on can only read: open the card's menu (the three dots at the top of the panel) and click "Reconnect Pipedrive" to allow editing.

What is free, and what needs Pro?

Seeing the contact is free. Pro is needed for everything that changes Pipedrive: adding and editing people, organizations, deals, leads, activities and notes, marking deals won or lost, and Log this email, and for templates. A Free user who clicks a Pro button sees what Pro adds and a Subscribe button.

How does the team plan work?

One person subscribes and adds their team on the "Manage team" page, by Google email. Only members who have opened the add-on are billed, and the page shows the price change before you save. The details are on the pricing page.

How do I cancel?

Click "Manage billing" on the card to open the billing portal (run by Stripe) and cancel in one click. You are not charged again. During the 14 days of Pro there is nothing to cancel: no card is on file, and you move to the Free plan on your own.

How do I uninstall it and delete my data?

In Gmail, open PipePanda in the side panel on the right, click the three-dot menu at the top of the panel, click "Manage add-on", then click "Uninstall". You can also remove the app in Pipedrive (Tools and apps, Marketplace apps). To have your connection deleted from our database, email support@bluedotapps.com and we delete it within 7 days.
