The service

PipePanda is made and run by Blue Dot Apps ("we"). It is a Google Workspace add-on. It shows Pipedrive details for the email you have open, and lets you add or change Pipedrive records. It changes Pipedrive only when you click a button in the add-on that saves a change. It is not made by, or affiliated with, Pipedrive or Google. You need your own Pipedrive account, and the add-on can only show and change what your Pipedrive user is allowed to see and change.

Your account

You connect one Pipedrive company to one Google account. Only connect a Pipedrive company you are allowed to use. Each lookup uses part of your Pipedrive company's daily API limit.

Billing

The Free plan costs nothing. Each new user gets 14 days of Pro free, with no card needed. Pro is billed per user, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, at the prices on the pricing page.

On a team plan the admin pays for each member who has opened the add-on. Adding or removing a member changes the price from that day, with a charge or a credit for the rest of the billing period.

You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; you keep Pro until the end of the month or year you paid for. Refunds follow the rule on the pricing page.

Your data

How we handle data is in the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the add-on fast and available, but it is provided as is, without warranties. Pipedrive or Google can change or limit their APIs, which can stop the add-on from working. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
