What to include

• The Google email address you use with the add-on.
• What you expected to see and what you saw instead. A screenshot helps.
• Leave out the content of your emails and any passwords. We never need them.

Common fixes

• The card says to connect or reconnect Pipedrive: open the card's menu (the three dots at the top of the sidebar), click "Reconnect Pipedrive" and allow access.
• The card says "Reconnect Pipedrive to allow editing": your Pipedrive connection was made before editing was added, so it can only read. Open the card's menu (the three dots at the top of the sidebar), click "Reconnect Pipedrive", allow access and click "Confirm".
• The card says "Allow access": Google has not given the add-on permission to read who the email is from, so it cannot look them up. Click "Allow access", then allow "View your email message metadata when the add-on is running" in the Google window. The contact then shows.
• Logging with the email text: Google asks for permission when you log with the email text: click Grant permission and allow it. The email is then logged. If no Google window opens, go to https://myaccount.google.com/connections, click PipePanda, remove its access, then open the email again in Gmail and allow the add-on when Google asks. You can also untick "Include the email text" to log the email without it.
• Times look wrong: Activity times use the Time zone under Due. It starts on your computer's time zone; pick another there if needed.
• You cannot install the add-on: If your company only allows add-ons that an admin approved, send your Google Workspace admin the steps for admins.
• A contact is missing: the add-on finds people by the exact email address in Pipedrive. Check that the address is saved on the person in Pipedrive, then click "Refresh" on the card.
• Billing: click "Subscribe" or "Manage billing" on the card. Prices and refunds are on the pricing page.
