• Signs in with Pipedrive. Never asks for your API key.
• Works on your existing deals: it finds the people, organizations and deals already in your Pipedrive.
• The contact usually shows in about a second.

Free

The full card: the person, organization, deals, leads, activities, notes and labels, with Refresh and Settings. Free for as long as you like.

Pro

$12 per user per month, or $10 per user per month billed yearly ($120 a year).

Everything that changes Pipedrive from Gmail: add the sender as a person or a lead; add deals, activities and notes; edit the person, the organization, deals, leads, activities and notes; mark deals won or lost and activities done; log an email to one or more deals; and templates with your Scheduler link.

14 days of Pro free

Every new user gets 14 days of Pro. No card is needed to start. When the 14 days end, you keep the Free plan; nothing is cut off. Click "Subscribe" on the card to choose monthly or yearly.

Team plan

One person subscribes and is the team admin. On the card in Gmail they click "Manage team" to add members by Google email, remove them, or replace one email with another.

Only members who have opened the add-on are billed, at the same price per user, monthly or yearly. Invited members who have not opened it are free.

Before you save a change, the page shows how the price changes. Adding a member charges for the rest of the current month or year; removing one gives a credit for the unused time.

If a member already pays for Pro themselves, their own subscription is cancelled when they join, with a credit for the unused time. A removed member goes back to the Free plan at once.

Cancel any time

Cancel in one click in the billing portal (run by Stripe). Click "Manage billing" on the card in Gmail to open it. After you cancel, you are not charged again.

Refunds

If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the month or year you paid for, and you are not charged again. If you were charged by mistake, email support@bluedotapps.com within 30 days and we refund that charge in full.

Billing runs through Stripe. Neither Google nor Pipedrive bills you for this add-on.
